Competition reels £50 each

Video footage recorded for an individual dressage test or show Jumping round and edited to produce a reel of approximately 30-90 seconds duration suitable for you to publish to Instagram, Facebook or Tik Tok and add music of your choice.

Must be booked in advance.

Showjumping reels are booked by arena and class using the booking button.

Dressage reels are booked by arena and time of test. Bookings will open when times are published. Please use the booking button.

Terms & Conditions for booking Reels with Hoof Prints Photos

The following terms and conditions shall apply in respect of all bookings via www.hoofprintsphotos.co.uk for reels and will form the basis of your contract with First Digital Events Ltd T/A Hoof Prints Photos.

  1. Age – we only accept bookings from persons over 18 years of age.
  2. Bookings are made via www.hoofprintsphotos.co.uk – Reels – Book A Reel. It may be possible to accept bookings in person at the trade stand if slots are available, but this is not guaranteed.
  3. Payment is required when a confirmed booking is made. If payment is not received the slot will not be reserved.
  4. Re–Scheduling. Hoof Prints Photos will always endeavour to re-schedule a booking, if sufficient notice is given and we have availability. We cannot guarantee to reschedule a booking. Please use the Change/Cancel Appointment option on your booking confirmation.
  5. Cancellation – if you wish to cancel your booking, please use the Change/Cancel Appointment option on your booking confirmation.
  6. Supply. Edited footage will be supplied within 72 hours of a booking. Our preferred delivery methods are Air Drop and We Transfer. Please ensure that you have space available. Digital downloads are given their own unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are therefore not services or goods. As soon as you access or download the content you waive the 14-day cooling off period. No refunds will be given for content that has been accessed.
  7. Music. First Digital Events Ltd T/A Hoof Prints Photos cannot supply footage with Copyright Protected music. We therefore supply reels without sound so that the purchaser can add music of their choice when publishing to their chosen platform.
  8. Artistic judgement. First Digital Events Ltd T/A Hoof Prints Photos shall be granted complete artistic judgement including in relation to the footage taken. First Digital Events Ltd T/A Hoof Prints Photos judgement regarding the locations and extent of footage shot shall be final. Due to the vagaries of the weather, access and safety it may not be possible to capture all the content requested.
  9. Copyright. The right of First Digital Events Ltd T/A Hoof Prints Photos to be identified as author of the [material/footage/film] has been asserted in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
  10. Display. All video material recorded and edited to produce a reel by First Digital Events Ltd T/A Hoof Prints Photos on behalf of clients may be used for purposes such as websites and social media channels. Footage may also be published to www.hoofprintsphotos.co.uk and our business Instagram page. It is also agreed that Show Direct will have access to all reel content taken at the following shows: Blue Chip Winter Show Jumping Championships, British Dressage Winter and National Championships and the Trailblazer Championships Series and that it may be used to create content for the Show Direct website and social media channels. If you wish to opt out of this clause, please contact us in writing.
  11. Loss of data/image files. First Digital Events Ltd T/A Hoof Prints Photos cannot be held responsible for the loss of data or image files due to circumstances beyond our control.
  12. Force Majeure or Act of God. The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond their control.
  13. Limitation of Liability. Cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  14. Complaints. Any complaints should be raised by the client with First Digital Events Ltd T/A Hoof Prints Photos, in writing, within 28 days of first becoming aware of the matter to be complained of and in any event within 28 days of receipt of the footage.
  15. By signing the booking form or ticking the terms and conditions checkbox you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. The person accepting the booking terms and conditions does so on behalf of all the other individuals included on it, so that all are bound by the booking conditions.
